Juvian was a new P&G business venture offering consumers at home laundry pick up and delivery with additional services such as fabric rejuvenation and shoe repair and cleaning. Juvian was looking to build awareness among consumers and to underscore their intense focus on customer service.

Barefoot developed a campaign that positioned the service as a trip to the spa for your laundry. The comparison provided the opportunity to reach the niche, high-end target the brand desired while increasing awareness and interest in the new service.
