We are all Barefoot.

Barefoot is firmly rooted in Cincinnati, the city on the Ohio River that’s home to iconic architecture, bountiful breweries and deeply polarizing chili. While most of our staff calls the Queen City home, our footprint (see what we did there?) spans multiple states, and our client roster spans the globe.

We’ve built our agency around celebrating and showcasing the individuality of every person here, from the new parents to the pet parents, the video gamers to the book clubbers, the home bakers to the marathon runners. Because we know that diverse backgrounds and experiences makes the work better.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

At Barefoot, we believe that innovative, industry-leading work can only happen when we’re consistently exposed to diverse and original thinking. When we create a welcoming environment that is inclusive of all people — one where everyone feels empowered to be their true selves at work — we are better able to serve our clients and our community.

Our commitment to DEI is focused on three themes: our people, our practices and our shared impact.
